Francis Laleman - Exploring Time, Leadership, Learning and much more
Welcome to the new "Conversations with Bhaskar" Podcast!!
I consider myself a collector of cool people. People that inspire me deeply in how they manifest in life. Their adventures and expertise fascinate me, and I love speaking with them.
So, I'm starting this new adventure of recording these conversations for you to enjoy as well. These are unscripted natural conversations, much like one that you and I would have.
I'm committed to creating at least six of these podcasts / videologs. If it is of interest to you my dear listener / viewer, I'll keep going.
What a wonderful was to start this adventure! I met Francis serendipitously at a webinar. I instantly loved everything about him. It's fascinating how this sacred geometry of chance works. As the saying goes, "your vibe attracts your tribe".
Francis is definitely a life less ordinary. He is an international trainer in Agile Learning, co-founder of Beyond Borders and author of 'Resourceful Exformation'. Currently residing in Singapore, Francis is an avid traveler with an insatiable curiosity about human nature and culture in organizations and communities. He also lived as a monk for several years and teaches Sanskrit and Buddhism.
In this conversation, we begin with the meaning of 'time' and follow it to many fascinating destinations that include a deep dive into 'leadership', 'learning' and 'reflection' (or inflection).
What are your thoughts about these topics and this conversation? Please comment below. I'd love to read them!
Also, I appreciate the encouraging like and share _/\_
Also, also, please stay tuned for the next inspiring conversation (inter-view)

I'm seeing more and more clients experiencing shoulder pain. This simple set of exercises are designed to address this. If your shoulder is particularly tender, please consult a physician before attempting this.

Always start off really gently and play close attention to the feedback from your arm and shoulder. If you find this may help others, kindly share.

SHORT AND SIMPLE DAILY MOVEMENTS FOR A HEALTHY BACK (/SPINE)

10/7/2021

This human body is evolutionarily not designed to sit on chairs for such excessive times as we do in modern society. This has caused an epidemic of back issues. Essentially, the heavy weight of the brain pushes down into the chair, causing the spine compress.

This wonderful, simple and short practice is to keep your spine is great health. Please considering incorporating it into your daily routine, and that of your family and friends (children and elders as well!). It is also excellent as a preparation for sports.

Please know that this is a general practice. If you have any significant back issues, or it feels a little tender, please consult a physician before practicing.

Also, every day your body feels different, so please always start off extra gently, go at your own speed and range, and above all... enjoy the movements :)

This practice is ideal for the morning so that you can enjoy an easeful, supple and strong back throughout the day!

If you feel that this practice would benefit others, please comment, like and share (helps with the algorithms) _/\_
