Yoga for Resilience During Challenging Times

Picture
Join Bhaskar and Diana for this “StudioYogaTalk” evening session where we will  discuss how to develop resilience during challenging times. We will review how stress, incertitude and social crisis affect our bodies and minds both individually and as a collective, discuss how we can manage these, and do several accessible but powerful yoga practices that can help us mitigate stress and build our resilience. The yoga practices will include meditation, mindfulness, pranayama (breathing practices) and movement (gentle asanas). There will also be an opportunity for open discussion and sharing. All levels of yoga are welcome!
