I collect cool people. By 'cool' I'm referring to people that have a heightened version of a quality that I aspire towards. When I first met Aude about 7 years ago, I 'collected' her right away. It was clear from the beginning that what I was experiencing was the result of a great deal of inner work. It's a bit like seeing a master musician, and realizing right away that it must have taken a lot of practice to get there.

To me, Aude is a remarkable combination of head, heart and spirit. She deeply understands the value of self care and living an authentic life.
