Conversations with Bhaskar Podcast Episode 3

As a collector of cool people, I'm delighted to share with you, Diana Perez! Diana is a highly trained and accomplished rehabilitation therapist. She has worked with numerous Professional Teams like Impact Soccer, Canadian National Teams (Senior Men’s & Women’s Gymnastics, Women’s and Men’s Soccer, Mogul Skiing), and has been the Team Therapist to Canadian Teams for numerous World Championships & World Cup Events (World Cup Soccer Championships 1995; World Gymnastic Championships 2002/2003/2005; World Cup Mogul Ski Events 2003/2004/2005). She has been a member of various Canadian Medical Teams (2008 and 2004 Olympic Games, 2002 Commonwealth Games, 1997/1993/1989/1987 Maccabiah Games and numerous Canada Winter and Summer Games).

Fair to say, she has a healthy obsession with health recovery and has spent the last three decades diving deep into Eastern and Western practices, from a research based approach. This is such a fascinating conversation! Diana and I dive deep into the pandemic of screen obsession, the nature of stress, what is healthy stress and so much more.

These are unscripted natural conversations, much like one that you and I would have. I'm committed to creating at least six of these podcasts / videologs. If it is of interest to you my dear listener / viewer, I'll keep going.

This is the third :) What are your thoughts about these topics and this conversation? Please comment below. I'd love to read them!

So, I'm starting this new adventure of recording these conversations for you to enjoy as well. These are unscripted natural conversations, much like one that you and I would have.

What a wonderful was to start this adventure! I met Francis serendipitously at a webinar. I instantly loved everything about him. It's fascinating how this sacred geometry of chance works. As the saying goes, "your vibe attracts your tribe".
Francis is definitely a life less ordinary. He is an international trainer in Agile Learning, co-founder of Beyond Borders and author of 'Resourceful Exformation'. Currently residing in Singapore, Francis is an avid traveler with an insatiable curiosity about human nature and culture in organizations and communities. He also lived as a monk for several years and teaches Sanskrit and Buddhism.
In this conversation, we begin with the meaning of 'time' and follow it to many fascinating destinations that include a deep dive into 'leadership', 'learning' and 'reflection' (or inflection).
