We are past the half-way point of our 12-day ‘Lock-down Love’ yoga series, so we are upping the intensity slightly, moving from the chair to the floor. These times are calling for a paradigm shift best expressed through these practices:

I am delighted to hear stories from people all around the world who are practicing along… Japan, Dubai, India, Egypt, Australia and right here in Canada. Parents practicing with grandparents, couples practicing together, parents and their children, and all those that are helping each other though this crisis. These times are really showing us, for better and for worse, we are all connected.
