This is the fifth day of our daily home practice to keep your body and mind in optimum health during Corona virus shutdown.
Today’s practice is a blast from the past! This is a chair yoga practice that was recorded almost 7 years ago, at a time when I was coming out of severe paralysis after contracting Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS).
Being stuck at home, the temptation is very strong to become stagnant these days. When the body become stagnant, we are more prone to stagnant, heavy thoughts and emotions like laziness, depression and sadness. It is really important to keep moving.
