Love these tips. Gonna try the cushion and yoga mat roll for the seat. I have had severe lower back pain issues in the past. I am much more grounded today and have learned to release my perineum and connect my roots to mother earth since.
Breathing deeply is always a good reminder.
And I also have my car as a University on wheels. Audiobooks rule. Just finished "The Truth" from Neil Strauss. Talks about relationships.
